Sarah Palin Admits Love For Hip-Hop ?
Palin appeared on Fox News' "On the Record," to comment on Common's poetry performance at the White House last night (May 11th).
Palin, who said she supported free speech, is not anti-rap, but took issues with Common's poetry and lyrics on his track "A Song for Assata," which supports Assata Shakur, who was convicted of murdering a police officer in 1973.
"This rapper -- we thought that we were to be united under the leader of the free world, Barack Obama, in tamping down racism and inciting violence and cop killing, certainly, and killing a former president," Sarah Palin said. "All those things that this rapper has glorified and really is known for, it just certainly reflects a lack of judgment on the White House's part."
During the interview, Sarah Palin revealed that she was somewhat into Hip-Hop music.
She referenced a recent rendition of Sugar Hill Gang's classic by Fox News' Brett Baier at the 52nd annual Bob Hope Classic in California in January.
According to Sarah Palin, she has also memorized the lyrics to "Rapper's Delight" which runs over 14 minutes in length.
"I am obviously a proponent of free speech. I'm not anti-rap. In fact, like Bret Baier, I know the lyrics to 'Rapper's Delight,' Sarah Palin said. "But I am saying just common decency in the White House -- wouldn't we like to see a reflection of all that is wonderful and great, a shining city on a hill that the White House is supposed to be, with events inside of that house that reflect the patriotism and the decency and the influence of America."

JOE BUDDEN, CHRIS BROWN AND ESTHER BAXTER DUKE IT OUT
Boyeeeeee….I’ll tell you! A soap opera, this is! Joe Budden’s private and personal life has come all the way to the front. He’s doing interviews and Esther is doing them too. I can’t possibly care less, but here’s some of it and if you care more, head over to NecoleBitchie.com for the rest.

She said:
“[Joe] kicked the door down, came into the room, grabbed me by my ankles, choked me so that I couldn’t breathe, slammed me against the door…in an attempt to grab the phone from me he wrestled me, grabbed me by my wrist and sat on my stomach while I was pregnant. [..] I went to the hospital and that’s when I found out I lost my daughter.
He said:
"For the record, so we’re totally clear, I never hit Esther. Never, never, never. No, I’ve never, never, never, EVER, EVER hit her. Like I said, that subject matter is very serious, it’s not anything to joke around about and I’ve never hit her. To be honest, you don’t do all the things she said I did and then come right back and f**k the same man. "
50 Cent Dumps the Headphone deal with Sleek
But shortly after the termination, 50 and his affiliate company SMS Audio entered into a new agreement to produce and distribute an infomercial promoting a new, over-the-ear product that 50 Cent is backing. While 50 may have been his deal between Sleek and TVGoods on ice, the rapper is still working with the company to bring another new product to market. According to reps for both companies, 50 Cent’s termination of Sleek’s contract with TVGoods will allow the new product 50 Cent is developing to reach the market faster. Reps for TVGoods said that 50 Cent still owns 7.5 million shares of TVGoods, which he purchased for $750,000.
